The Arizona Game and Fish Commission routinely conducts public meetings as authorized by Arizona Revised Statute, Title 17-201.D. During public meetings, the commission will afford any person, their duly authorized representative, or both, the opportunity to present statements relating to agenda items. Arizona State Parks to release the Final Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan |

The final draft SCORP will be submitted to the Arizona Outdoor Recreation Coordinating Commission (AORCC) at its April 12, 2007 public meeting for discussion and release for public comment. The public review and comment period on the final draft SCORP starts April 20 through July 13, 2007; the final draft will be available for download on this website by April 20. Preliminary draft SCORP can be viewed through PDF link. |

The BLM Tucson Field Office announces publication of the Draft Resource Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (DRMP). The document will be available for a 90-day public review and comment period from March 2 to May 30, 2007. |

The 2005 final planning rule “establishes requirements for sustainability of social, economic, and ecological systems and developing, amending, revising, and monitoring land management plans; and clarifies that land management plans under this final rule, absent extraordinary circumstances, are strategic in nature and are one stage in an adaptive cycle of planning for management of National Forest System lands.” |
